Baumkuchen are a special specialty of the house Kuchenmeister. According to the traditional recipe, thin layers of dough are baked one after the other in front of an open flame and finally wrapped in fine dark chocolate.

Finest pyramid cake with 1,5% marzipan and 30% plain chocolate
eggs, sugar, pure butter fat, cocoa mass, wheat starch, wheat flour, cocoa butter, humectant: glycerol; almonds, natural flavouring, emulsifiers: mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids, lecithins; acidity regulator: sodium acetates; salt.
