YES first hit the German market in the early 1980s and became a true cult product with the slogan “A little cake instead of a lot of words.” YES disappeared from the market in the early 2000s. But even many years later, fans still remembered “their YES”—and urged Nestlé, through countless phone calls, letters, and emails, to bring back the cult product. In 2007, the brand got a second chance with its first limited-edition special release—and it was a groundbreaking success. As a result, Nestlé decided to offer YES year-round.

Since April 2011, the iconic product has been permanently available again on the German market in the flavors Cacao and Caramel. In addition, there are regularly delicious limited-edition varieties available for a short time.
