A specialty of of Kuchenmeister is the Baumkuchen. Baumkuchen is a masterpiece of confectionery art and is made with exquisite ingredients such as fine chocolate, butter and marzipan. Here it comes in the form of fine confectionery, called Baumkuchenspitzen. Thin layers of dough are baked one after the other in front of an open flame, cut into small pieces, soaked in Irish cream liqueur and covered with the finest milk chocolate.
